Own Your Power
When you consistently and boldly step into your power as a leader, your ability to succeed is limitless. That’s the message 40 women gathered to hear at my The Sky’s the Limit conference in October, and armed with inspiration and practical tools from a morning of dynamic learning and sharing, it’s the message they are putting into action.
Becoming the go-to authority
Your talent is the foundation of your business—but on its own, it’s not a guarantee of success. From the newest to the most established entrepreneur, the challenge is to bridge the gap between gift and go-to authority. At the conference I shared my signature system for turning raw talent into market leadership:
Confidence: Build your belief in your talents and gifts, get clear on your path, and take action.
Credibility: Build your platform as a trusted authority and the go-to leader in your industry.
Connections: Build relationships with people who can help you play a higher game.
Visibility: Build and leverage your impact through media, speaking, and content creation.
Stepping into your greatness
Guest speaker Kristin Kane and keynote speaker Mari Carmen Pizarro also shared strategies on how to put my four keys to market leadership into action.
Kristin walked us through the steps of using social media to establish credibility, build connections, and amp up visibility with a consistent, professional, and authentic online presence.
Mari Carmen focused on having enough confidence in our own gifts and insight to not settle for success. She challenged and inspired us to not just stay ahead of the curve, but jump it by continual reinvention based on calculated risk and bold action.
Rising above the crowd
Providing opportunities to gain practical insight and inspiration at events like The Sky’s the Limit conference is part of what I do to help entrepreneurs think bigger and claim their leadership.
“I had something inside of me that I wanted to share with the world,” said conference attendee and client Aimee Hoch. “Jamie meets you where you are, but she doesn't let you stay there. She holds that belief for you when you don't see it yet yourself. She moves you forward.”
Seeing my clients step into their potential is what motivates me. “Jamie is always about possibilities,” said event emcee Sue Guiher. I see possibilities in people even when they don’t yet see them themselves. That’s why I work with a limited number of women entrepreneurs each year in small groups and one-on-one to help them build a strong foundation for their business and become recognized as the go-to expert in their field.
Making the decision to invest time and resources into your business on a consistent basis puts you on the fast-track to realizing your highest goals.
I invite you to explore the ways we can work together to help you step into your leadership and build your business. When you invest in yourself and your business, the sky is truly the limit.
